Description
The Dolphin Inn is likely a 17th or 18th century inn that was refronted in the late 18th or early 19th century. It has two storeys and a double front with three windows, along with a carriage entrance bay at the north end. The roof is tiled, and the building is constructed of red brick featuring a dentil cornice and a stucco plinth. The windows are flush-framed sash types with glazing bars and side lights, and they are topped with gauged flat red brick arches. The carriage entrance is segmental arched, and there is a doorway with a bracketed roof. The rear of the building has a fascia that is tile-hung brick and timber.
