Description
The stable block, located 72 metres north-east of the Old Rectory in Peasemore, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of grey bricks and features a hipped slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan that runs from north to south and includes a central gable. It is a single storey with a loft.
On the west elevation, there is a small projection in the centre that contains carriage entrances beneath a semi-circular headed loft door. To the left, there are double doors in an extended opening along with one semi-circular window. To the right, there is a stable door in a cambered headed opening, flanked by semi-circular windows. A weathervane on the gable is dated 1839.
