House. Circa 1890. Red brick with first floor planted timbers, tile hung gables and tile roof. 2 storeys. Central gabled dormer and 3 stacks. Main elements include 2 gabled projections each with mullioned and transomed window on each floor and decorated barge boards. Central timber porch with half glazed door set back behind and balcony above with canopy formed by extended eaves. Timber verandah to right with balcony above. First floor oriel window in gable end to left with coving above. This is one of a group of houses sometimes known as 'The Seven Deadly Sins'. Included for group value.
