Description

49 Northbrook Street is a mid-19th century building, constructed after 1849. It stands three storeys tall and features two windows with a three-window return. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The front is finished in stucco, with plain bands at each floor level. The windows are architraved sash windows, and there is a modern shop window. The entrance to the house is located on the return and includes a rectangular fanlight.
