Description

Nos 83 and 85 on Bernard Street are an early to mid-19th century pair of houses that are not uniform in design. They each have three storeys and are finished in stucco, topped with hipped slate roofs. Each house features one sash window with intact glazing bars. Number 85 has a three-light canted bay window on the first floor, while number 83 has a round-headed doorcase, and number 85 has a flat arched doorcase. Both properties are complemented by cast iron area railings.
