Description

Nos 48 and 49 on Oxford Street are early 19th-century corner buildings that also face Latimer Street. Both structures are three storeys high and are finished in stucco. No 49 features a cantilevered bow window on the first floor and has a modern shop front. It is adorned with Ionic end pilasters, a cornice, and a blocking course. The building has two windows that return to Latimer Street, with the first floor also showcasing the cantilevered bow. No 48 is identical to No 49, but its cantilevered bow has been replaced by a square bay.
