Description

This is a row of six early 19th-century terraced houses at 17 to 24 Oxford Street. The buildings are stuccoed, with a rusticated ground floor. They have a slate roof and three storeys plus attics. The second floor has a single window. The first floor features a semi-circular three-light curved bay window with pilasters between the lights supporting the cornice. The ground floors each have a single window and a small door on one side. Numbers 17, 18, and 19 retain their original fabric, with some 19th-century shop fronts. The group value of the building lies in its contribution to the historic streetscape.
