Description

The building at 49 Bugle Street is a 17th-century structure substantially altered in the 18th century. It is three storeys high with a basement. The exterior is painted brick, distinguished by a curved Dutch gable and a tiled roof. Raised stringcourses mark each floor. There is one window within the gable on the second floor, centrally positioned, and three windows on each of the other floors. The windows are renewed sashes, each with a keystone. The main entrance features a six-panelled door with an architrave surround, a bolection frieze, and a cornice.
