Description

Abington is an 18th-century house, or possibly of earlier origin, which was refronted around 1830. The exterior is rendered with a moulded plinth and eaves. It has an old tile roof. The house is two storeys high and has five windows, all sash windows with 19th-century glazing. The ground-floor windows have architraves, fluted consoles, friezes with paterae, and cornices. The first-floor windows have eaved architraves and bracketed sills. A central, pedimented Tuscan doorpiece gives access to a modern glazed door.
