Description

The house at the rear of Nos 18 and 20 Kings Road is an early 19th-century detached building. It has three storeys and features three bays with glazing bar sashes. The structure is made of red brick, with stone cills and stone courses above the second floor, leading to flat eaves. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, and there are four chimneys on the sides. A projecting Greek Doric porch, supported by fluted columns and featuring an entablature, adds architectural interest. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a plain rectangular overlight. The ground floor windows have been blocked, and sliding garage doors have been inserted in their place.
