Description
Sunnyside is an 18th-century building located on Olney Bridge Street. It is constructed of stone and features a hipped roof covered with old tiles, along with a stone chimney stack. The building has two hipped dormers on the west side and one on the south. A wooden eaves cornice adds to its architectural detail.
The structure is two stories tall and has a first-floor band. The road-facing front is symmetrical, with a central half-glazed door set in a reeded wooden doorcase that has panelled reveals. The windows are three-pane wide sashes, set in reveals with stone lintels, keystones, and plain cills. There is one window on each side of the door and three on the first floor, with the central window having altered glazing. The south front features four similar windows on each floor.
