Description

79 Tickford Street is an 18th-century building constructed from red and yellow brick, topped with old tiles. It has two storeys, featuring a first-floor band and a corbelled cornice. The façade includes four flush casements with glazing bars, and the ground floor has cambered arches. The doorways are adorned with surrounds that include friezes and hoods; there is a right central door and a two-fold half-glazed door on the left. This building, along with Nos 71 to 85 (odd) and The George Inn, forms a group of structures on Tickford Street.
