Description

No. 44 on High Street is an early 19th-century building that is narrow and has three storeys. It features deep panelled eaves supported by consoles. The roof is made of Welsh slate, and there are light sash windows. The double-fronted shop is framed by two reeded half columns of the Composite order, which are located under an entablature that has a modillioned and dentilled cornice.
