Description

The Swan Revived Hotel is a 17th-century building that was refronted around 1830 to 1840. It features a stucco exterior with a modillion cornice and stands three storeys tall with an attic. The façade includes seven sash windows and a central bay window set on an entablature, which is supported by columns and also has a modillion cornice. There is a wide glazed entrance that has a segmental fanlight above it. To the left, there is a carriageway. At the time of the survey, a large modern tile-hung back wing was under construction. Inside, there is a mid-17th-century staircase.
