Description

No. 17 High Street is a 18th-century building constructed of ashlar stone with a slate roof and brick stacks. It features dentilled eaves and is two storeys high, with a first floor band. The entrance is located to the right of centre and consists of a half-glazed door topped with a semi-circular fanlight. To the right of this door is a passage door, also with a similar fanlight above it. On the left side, there is an arched window that matches the design of the passage door, as well as a large arched sash window. The first floor has three semi-circular arched sash windows, and all the arched openings are adorned with keystones.
