Description

This stable building, located about 30 yards east of No. 41 on the east side of High Street in Great Linford, dates back to the 18th century and was restored in 1982. It is a small, roughly built timber-framed structure with boarded walls and a hipped thatched roof. The building features two stable doors and an open section on the right-hand side of the south side, as well as one door on the north side. Inside, the stable has exposed unsawn rafters and principals. The building was damaged by fire in 1985.
