Description

This is a headstone commemorating Thomas Lane, located approximately 15 metres south of the Church of St Margaret in Gillingham. It dates from the early 18th century and is made of limestone. The headstone features a carved top with rocaille decoration, two cherub heads, and a skull, along with an inscribed stone. It commemorates Thomas Lane, who died in 1716.
