Description

Watergate Farmhouse is an 18th or early 19th century building with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is a two-storey farmhouse constructed of red brick with grey brick headers. The roof is slate, incorporating bands of scalloped tiles. The front has three sash windows with glazing bars, set within thin block sills and moulded flush wood frames. The ground floor windows are cambered and have segmental brick arches above. A gabled brick porch has been added.
