The Chamber Union House is an early 19th-century building located on Union Road in West Cowes. It was likely originally one house and is constructed of white brick with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and features two windows in total, with a parapet above. The sash windows, which retain their glazing bars, include two three-light bays on both floors, each topped with cornices.
No. 21 has a doorcase adorned with engaged fluted columns, a pediment, and a semi-circular fanlight, along with panelled reveals and a door made up of six moulded panels. No. 23 features a doorcase with pilasters, a pediment, a semi-circular tympanum, and a door of three moulded panels, with the top panel cut away and glazed. The property is also complemented by cast iron area railings.
