Description
Church Lodge is an early 19th-century lodge, originally associated with Bellevue and later Northwood House. It was designed by architect John Nash. The lodge is constructed of ashlar and is one storey high with attics, featuring three windows. It has a slate roof. A recessed portico is accessed by three steps and supported by four Tuscan columns and two corner piers, topped by a cornice and blocking course. A hipped slate roof covers the building. Pivoting windows are located on the first floor. A central projection containing a single window is flanked by pilasters. A simple doorcase is present.
