Description
New Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse that was extended by one bay in the early 19th century and refenestrated in the 20th century. It features red brick with grey headers arranged in a diaper pattern using Flemish bond. The roof is tiled and has three brick chimneystacks. The building is T-shaped and consists of two storeys, with four windows on the main front and three on the T wing. The first floor has four modern casements, mainly top opening, while the ground floor has three triple casements with cambered head linings. There is a central doorcase with a flat wooden hood supported by brackets and a half-glazed wooden door. To the right side, there is an early 19th-century brick and tiled lean-to extension. Inside, the farmhouse features a stick staircase with a turned newel post.
