Description

The former stabling at Nunwell Farm, now used as a hay barn, was built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick in English bond, featuring some vitrified bricks on an Isle of Wight stone rubble plinth. The rear elevation is entirely made of stone. The roof is currently covered with corrugated iron sheeting. There are three cambered headed window openings with wooden mullions, with one shutter still remaining at the time of the survey. Additionally, there are two cambered headed door openings with wooden mullioned surrounds, although there were no doors present at the time of the survey.
