Description
East Lodge to Nunwell House is a lodge built in the late 19th century. The ground floor is made of red brick, while the first floor is pebbledashed, topped with a tiled roof and a central triple diagonally placed brick chimney stack. The building has a T-shaped layout.
There is a projecting two-storey porch facing the drive, featuring a pedimented gable, a wide bracket eaves cornice, and a first-floor triple oriel window with vestigial brackets below. The gable is supported by brackets and four chamfered wooden supports. A similar projecting gable faces the road, with an identical oriel window on the first floor. This gable overhangs on brackets and has a four-light curved bay window below.
