Description
The Rectory is a former rectory built in the 18th century. The main front, which faces south, is constructed of red brick with grey headers in England bond, while the other elevations are made of stone rubble. It features a tiled roof with an end brick chimneystack and is two storeys high with four windows. The south front has double sash windows on the outer sides, each with 12 panes, and ground floor French windows that have dripstones above them. The building has a coved eaves cornice, end gables with brick coping and tumbling in, and a plinth.
On the east side, there is an early 19th-century porch supported by engaged fluted Doric columns, featuring a six-panelled door set in reveals. The left wing is made of stone rubble and includes one 16-pane sash window, one casement window, and a 20th-century door. There is also a 19th-century lean-to at the rear. Inside, the rectory has a staircase with stick balusters.
