Description
Numbers 3, 4, and 5 and Little Thatches are a group of four cottages, originally five, dating to the 18th century. They are constructed of Isle of Wight stone rubble with stone dressings. The roof is thatched and hipped, with four brick chimney stacks. The cottages are one and a half storeys high, with a four-by-six window arrangement. There are four 19th-century dormers with eyebrows to the roof. The ground floor features modern casement windows and two cambered doorcases. Number 4 has a stone dripmoulding and a stone architrave to the ground-floor windows.
