Description
Pressley's is a mid-19th century premises located on the west side of Palace Place in Brighton. The building is constructed of stucco and features a roof that is obscured by a parapet. It is a single storey structure with a one-window range. The façade shows remnants of a 19th-century shop or office front, which includes a flat-arched entrance on either side of a shop window, Doric pilasters, and a panelled door of original design to the left. The building is topped with a balustraded parapet. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value with Nos 12-14 Pavilion Buildings and No. 5 Palace Place.
