Description
This is a group of three terraced houses located on Regent Hill, dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed of stucco with differing roof materials: No. 18 has a tile roof, No. 19 an asbestos slate roof, and No. 20 has a roof obscured by a parapet. Each house is two storeys high with a basement, though No. 20 has a later 20th-century roof extension. They each feature a one-window range.
The entrance to the houses is through a flat arch with an overlight, supported by a cornice on consoles for Nos 18 and 19, and a later bracketed canopy for No. 20. The houses have segmental bays with a central mullion and sashes of their original design to Nos 18 and 19. Cornices and parapets are present on Nos 18 and 19, but No. 20 lacks a cornice and has a late 20th-century roof extension. Chimney stacks are situated on the party walls between the properties. The interiors have not been inspected.
