Description
No. 2 Bond Street is a terraced house, now used as offices, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick set in Flemish bond, which has been painted, and features a roof made of Welsh slate. The building stands three storeys tall and has two windows. The ground floor includes a 20th-century shop front, while the upper windows are cambered-arched; the windows on the right are tripartite, all featuring sashes of original design. A dentil brick cornice runs along the top, and there are stacks at the party walls. Inside, there is a dogleg stair leading up to the attic, which has columnar newels, stick balusters, and a closed string.
