Description

This is a terrace of four mid-18th century houses located on the north side of Sheen Road. Originally listed individually as numbers 40, 42 (Court Cottage), 44, and 46, they are now considered as a group. The houses are two storeys high with an attic and basement, and feature a continuous mansard roof which is finished with a mix of slate and pantiles. The houses are built of brick, with a parapet along the top. Each house has a single window on its front elevation, plus a front door with a projecting hood above it. The windows are segmental and have flush-framed sashes, retaining their original glazing bars.
