Description
Ivy House is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys high with a basement. It features five windows, including a full-height bay with three windows on the left side. The central window has a pilastered surround and is positioned above the door, which is topped with an open pediment hood supported by Tuscan columns. At the back of the house, there is a two-storey semi-circular bay with three windows and round-headed staircase windows. The house is set back from the street, enclosed by a brick wall that has twin carriage entrances flanked by stone piers, which hold wrought-iron lamp holders. The interior has not been seen.
