Description
West Farm West Lodge is a late 18th century or early 19th century house, possibly with an earlier core. It is constructed of stock brick and features a red tiled roof. The building has two storeys and is six bays wide, with a central semi-circular, two-storey bow window that is two windows wide. The windows are square-headed with gauged brick heads. The sash windows have been renewed and now have plate glass, except for the ground floor of the bay, which has casement windows. There is a brick modillion eaves cornice and a hipped roof. A stucco band runs between the storeys. There is a further range at the rear, likely also of earlier origins. The interior has not been seen.
