Description
Thatched House is an 18th-century summer house situated on a steep bank, featuring a thatched roof. The building has a rectangular shape with splayed corners and includes an octagonal hall or lobby. Inside, the ceilings are splayed, and there are sash windows. The interior may have been decorated by Angelica Kauffman. There is a basement below the principal floor, and the walls are roughcast and stone, with one brick chimney.
