Description
Galsworthy House, formerly known as Parkfield, is a mid-19th century, two-story house of five bays. The exterior is stuccoed, with a hipped slate roof. The house has a central, half-round porch with a round-arched doorway and a bracketed dentil cornice surmounted by decorative cast iron railings. Either side of the porch are two round-arched sash windows with bolection-moulded archivolts and foliated capitals. The first floor features paired round-arched sash windows set beneath round-arched dormer hoods supported on scrolled brackets, with cast iron guards to the upper windows. It is considered a curiosity.
