Description
44 to 50 Bath Road is a mid-18th century building composed of stock brick at the rear and painted pink stucco at the front, designed in the Tudor Gothic style. It stands two stories tall and features two windows with flat arches beneath a drip mould. The windows have ornamental Gothic glazing and pointed arches on the ground floor. The building is topped with a crenellated parapet that has a central moulding and pyramidal finials at the corners. There is a plinth at the base, and the wooden doors are adorned with paired lancet ornament under an archway that has a blocked fan. The ground floor windows of each house vary slightly in shape, and the patterns of the ornamental glazing also differ.
