Description
73 and 75 Boston Manor Road are a pair of 18th-century houses. They are constructed of brown brick with red dressings and stand three stories tall. Each house features six double-hung sash windows with cambered relieving arches. The first floor has French windows and early 19th-century hooded balconies. The entrance to No. 73 has a reeded doorcase with a rectangular fanlight and a wooden porch, while No. 75 has a door with a bond on brackets and a rectangular fanlight. There is a modern bay window on the ground floor of No. 73. Both houses have a parapet. Nos 69, 71, 73, and 75 form a group.
