Description

The Gable Stores is a mid to late 19th century building located on the south side of High Street in Harmondsworth. This three-gabled structure features two storeys and an attic, with three windows across its façade. The roof is tiled and adorned with decorative bargeboards on the gables. The walls are made of painted brick, and the building showcases Gothic windows, all of which have pointed arches and intricate glazing, except for the central window on the first floor, which is a canted oriel supported by brackets and topped with a hipped, tiled hood. On the ground floor to the left, there is an altered 19th century shop front.
