Description
The Vicarage Tower House is an early to mid-19th century building located on the north side of High Street in Harmondsworth. It is constructed of yellow brick and features slated roofs. The left part of the structure is two storeys high with five windows, four of which belong to the Vicarage. The right bay of this section, along with a three-storey, one-window right wing under a gable, forms the Tower House. The upper windows of the Tower House are large and adorned with stone Gothic tracery. The remaining windows are sash windows with glazing bars, all featuring gauged brick arches. There is a modern door in the left bay of the Tower House. The Vicarage includes a plain stucco porch and a wide canted bay, both covered by hipped slated roofs. The Vicarage Tower House, along with the Sun House, is part of a group that includes the Five Bells Inn.
