Description

The Sun House is a 16th-century timber-framed house with a brick facade that has been colourwashed. It stands two storeys high and features four windows, with 19th-century casements on the first floor and sash windows on the ground floor. The ground floor includes two 19th-century bays that have a continuous tiled hood above them. The house has an old tiled roof with sprocketed eaves. The Sun House, along with Tower House, the Vicarage, and the Five Bells Inn, forms a group of buildings of historical significance.
