Description
The chapels in Hillingdon-Uxbridge Cemetery, built in the mid-19th century by Benjamin Terrey, are located on the south side of Uxbridge Road. These two chapels flank the roadway and are constructed of coursed rubble with freestone dressings in the Early English style, topped with tiled roofs. The larger eastern chapel features a bellcote and an apsidal end, along with a short aisle. Inside, it showcases an arch braced collar beam roof.
