Description

Ivy Holt is an early 19th-century double pile house, possibly timber-framed and rendered. It is two storeys high and two windows wide, featuring a verandah that spans the entire front. The house has two ground floor bay windows adorned with decorative fretted ornament at the tops. Sash windows are present throughout the building. It has end stacks and a shallow pitched roof covered with slate. A modern porch has been added to the south side.
