Description
Bower Farm Cottage is a two-storey building dating from around 1840, designed in a Tudor style. It features three bays, with a central porch that has a four-centred arched entrance, flanked by windows that have hood moulds. The first floor contains two windows, which are partly set within the roof as dormers. All windows are fitted with leaded lights shaped like elongated hexagons. The cottage is adorned with elaborate bargeboards and has a roof covered in fishscale tiles, topped with intricate cresting. The structure is built from red brick with stone dressings. There is a modern two-storey wing at the rear, which is not of special interest.
