Description

56 Crown Street is a late 18th century building located in Harrow-on-the-Hill. It is a two-storey structure with a basement and attic dormers, topped with a slate roof. The building features five bays and is constructed of red brick, accented with rubbed gauged arches. There are recessed panels above the first floor windows and a pierced parapet wall. The ground storey is adorned with stucco architraves and a simple Doric columned porch, while a cog cornice adds to the architectural detail. Inside, the ground floor front rooms showcase 18th century panelling.
