Description
The Red House and boundary wall fronting the road is a building dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, located on the south-east side of Middle Road in Harrow-on-the-Hill. The structure features three bays and is two and a half storeys tall. It is constructed of brick and has a dentil cornice and a parapet wall. The ground storey is made of red brick, while the first floor has an imitation timber appearance with roughcast infill. The roof is tiled, and there is a high chimney. The boundary wall is likely attributed to E S Prior, who made additions to the rear of the building in 1883.
