Description

Highlands is a mid-19th century building located on the east side of London Road in Harrow-on-the-Hill. It is three storeys tall and features three pelmeted sash windows. The central porch is stuccoed and supported by Doric columns, adorned with a triglyph frieze and a mutule cornice. The building is constructed of yellow stock brick with gault brick dressings and has a slate roof with bracketed eaves. To the left, there is a two-bay, three-storey wing, also in yellow brick but with blue brick dressings. The ground storey includes carriage and pedestrian arches.
