Description
The Parish Church of St Paul, located on Corbins Lane in South Harrow, was built in 1937 by architect N F Cachmaille-Day. The church is rendered and features a semi-tower at the east end facing Corbins Lane, which is adorned with five high lancet windows. Below this, there is a low single-storey wing. The entrance door is positioned to the right and has a pointed head with a stepped brick surround. To the right of the entrance, there is a half-wind stair turret, and to the left, a full-height stepped buttress. The nave consists of five bays, with each bay containing a tall lancet window separated by strip buttresses. The west end of the church features a five-light window. Inside, the nave is supported by round piers. The church appears to be unaltered since its construction.
