The address shall be amended to read "Ha-Ha Road and Charlton Park Lane SE 18 (north side)" and the description shall be amended to read:

Early C19. Hollow stretches across the common from east to west. Southern bank sloped, north bank vertical and retained by stock brick wall. Stretches from south-east corner of Charlton Cemetery in the west to Woolwich New Road in the east, with two breaks for roads to cross it.
