Description
Brigadier House is an early 18th-century house that may contain an older core. The main west front has two storeys and five windows, with three central bays that project under a pediment. The eaves and pediment feature wooden modillion cornices, and the roof is tiled. The walls are weatherboarded, and the first-floor sash windows have glazing bars set in exposed moulded frames. The ground floor, which projects, is made of brick and dates from the late 19th century. There is also a two-storey, two-window extension on the left side.
