The Old School House is an early 19th century, one-storey cottage located on Church Hill in Winchmore Hill. It features weatherboard cladding and a low-pitched slated roof. The building has four sash windows with glazing bars and a six-panel door set within a central trellis porch that has a gable. The Old School House, along with No. 1, forms a group with the Cottages.
