Description

This is an early 19th century cottage, one of a pair known as Woodside Cottages, situated on Church Hill in Winchmore Hill. The building is two storeys high and has three windows. It is constructed with weatherboard cladding and features a low-pitched slate roof. Modern casement windows are fitted, those on the ground floor retaining external shutters. A central porch with a tented roof is added. The cottage is listed for its group value, forming a notable composition with the adjacent property, The School House.
