Description

The building at 37 Woodstock Road is a house dating to circa 1876, designed by E W Godwin and later modified by W Wilson. It is constructed of red brick, with sections of tile hanging, and has a tiled roof. The house is two storeys high, with a further storey within the roof space. A single-storey brick bay window projects from the ground floor, and there are two sash windows above. Two further sash windows are set within the gable. A three-storey tile-hung gable is visible on the side elevation. The main entrance is located on the side. Two brick piers define the front garden.
